When I lived on a glacier in Patagonia we had a saying: without systems, you will die. It's as true in the middle of a surprise wind storm as it is for a companies web presence. If your audience has to think about interacting with your website, you have not created a foolproof system. I am just creative enough and just OCD enough that building effective websites brings me a strange amount of satisfaction.
